Choosing an Assessment

How the VEA Is Different

While other assessments can run well over 100 questions, the Voyance Enneagram Assessment consists of just 48 — chosen to get to the bottom of how your personality operates as efficiently as possible without sacrificing accuracy. Most people complete it in 15–20 minutes and walk away with scores across all nine types, plus the context they need to begin identifying which type is truly their dominant one.

No assessment is conclusive. What this one does reliably is narrow the field — most participants finish with two or three strong candidates — and give each person a concrete starting point for self-exploration.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

What Participants Receive

Each participant completes the assessment individually and receives a personalized PDF report containing:

Type Scores

Scores across all nine Enneagram types, showing where the participant ranked relative to each type.

Type Descriptions

Descriptions of each type to support participant exploration for identifying what resonates most.

Interpretation Guidance

Guidance on how participants can read their results and identify their most likely dominant type from among their top scores.

The assessment is a starting point, not a destination.

Having everyone on a team take an assessment and leaving it there is one of the most common mistakes organizations make with the Enneagram. Without accurate type identification and a shared understanding of what the types actually mean — how they show up in communication, under pressure, in conflict — the scores are just numbers. The real value comes when a team explores the results together, with someone who knows how to facilitate that conversation skillfully.

WHERE THIS FITS

How Most Engagements Begin

Most team engagements start with the assessment, add consultations before the group session, and open with an Introduction Workshop.
